Today was our first service experience with this company.
We have previously used a different pest control company for approximately three years and begin having issues with the quality of the product with the billing and rate increases and not being informed of them in advance also of the cutting back of the amount of areas being treated.

The technician we had from the previous company told us he was moving to Bug Me Not.
Due to issues we were having already we decided to change companies just didn’t now which company.
We decided to follow where Cole went.
He had always provided great customer service and was very respectful so we chose to try Bug Me Not and we were very impressed.

We had a different service tech than Cole but Dawson did an amazing job. He was also very professional, courteous and respectful.

He spoke highly of the owner/s of the company and loves his job which speaks volumes to us of the type of company he’s working for.

I called Bug Me Not to let them know how pleased we were and spoke to Chase who is the Sales/Service manager and he was also very professional, polite.

I’ve already referred this company to my family members and friends who will be switching from the same company we used to Bug Me Not.

All the workers at BugMeNot who've treated our condo are very efficient workers, very courteous, friendly & arrive within the window they schedule. I am making 'take-away' referral cards for BugMeNot when the condo is put on the market this year. Great people. Rita

I've had the opportunity to learn from one of the owners many things one would not even know that they did not know concerning bugs and pest control years ago without having had a service.

Fast forward to this year and I've had several touch points with different people in the company and amazing knowledge base sharing right along with impeccable timing and service with. each. one.

I provide services in the health field locally and needed not only my current home but my office to be inspected and they knocked it out of the park in both places in such a top-tier way that is easy to understand why they are one of the top pest control companies in this area.

I'm so grateful for this company and everyone that they have hand selected to work under this brand.

My sincerest thank you to Joe, Ken, Gary, Cody, Chase, Connor, and others! YOU are what professionalism, education, service, promptness, and thoroughness is and means to a not just a company, but also a brand.

I have been a Bug Me not customer from the beginning of this business. This company offers top service, and they have been consistent throughout all of my years of service not one complaint. Their fees are reasonable. Ken is the owner I started with and so for every one of the staff appears to be happy to be working with this company. Staff is well trained and professional but also personable/friendly. never complain about anything you ask them to do different are special concerning their work. This is a 5 Star Company.
